S series low assembly block linear slide
The linear slide system is a kind of rolling guide. With the steel ball making an infinite rolling cycle between the slider and the slide rail, the load platform can easily move
linearly with high precision along the slide rail . Compared with the traditional sliding guide, the friction coefficient of the rolling guide can be reduced to 1/50 of the original. Because the friction force of starting is greatly reduced,
relatively less invalid motion occurs, so it can easily reach the um level of feed and positioning. . Coupled with the design of the binding unit between the slider and the slide rail, the linear slide
rail can simultaneously bear the load in all directions, such as up, down, left, and right
. The above-mentioned display characteristics are not comparable to the Futong sliding guide.
